Andy MacDougallAndrew MacDougall ’95 is a vice president at Bank of America in the Distribution Management group. In this role, he oversees the design of long range plans for the optimum network of banking centers and ATMs for all major metro areas in the U.S. This involves identifying the best opportunities for expansion, as well as, making recommendations for branch consolidation and relocations.

Andrew is part of a Legacy family—his mother and two brothers graduated from UMass Amherst and his father served as a department head, Dean, and professor with over a 25-year career at UMass Amherst. He was previously president of the UMass Amherst Charlotte Alumni Club and volunteers with events and fundraisers benefiting local charities in the community. He is the recipient of the American Society of Landscape Architects Merit Award in 1995 and the Time Person of the Year in 2006.

Andrew graduated in 1995 with a bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture and currently resides in Amherst, Massachusetts. He is an elected member of the Board of Directors and serves on the Communications, Marketing and Membership and Honors and Awards Committees. He has been a member of the Alumni Association since 1996 and a Life Member since 2005.
