Alumni Association Board of Directors Meetings
Meetings of the Board of Directors and its committees are open to all members of the Alumni Association, provided the Board or a committee, by majority vote, may enter into closed session to discuss matters it deems best discussed under such conditions. All meetings are conducted and documented in accordance with standing rules determined by the Board of Directors.
