UMass Amherst buddy icons
To get and use one of the icons: Right-click (Mac users Ctrl+click), choose "Save Image as..." and save the image anywhere on your computer. Open your social networking application and follow its instructions on how to change your buddy icon.*

Pick a desktop image
You can pick a desktop image from the selection below by clicking on it. Then right-click on the large version of the image after it has loaded into your browser (control-click for Macs).
For Windows: choose "set as background" to use the image as your desktop; or save it and place it in a folder of your choice (or use the default My Pictures folder). Right-click anywhere on the desktop and then choose the Properties applet. Select the Desktop or Screen Saver tab and then drill down to the folder where you placed the photo. Follow the onscreen directions to create your screen saver.
For Macs: From the Apple menu, choose System Preferences to open the System Preferences window. Click the Desktop & Screen Saver button to display its preferences. Click the Screen Saver tab to display just the Screen Saver preferences. All installed screen savers appear in the left pane. The right pane displays a preview of the selected screen saver. Click one of the Screen Saver items in the left pane to select it for use. If you'd like, click Test to see what the screen saver will look like in use.
