MaroonCentral—the Alumni Association’s student and alumni online community—is the place to access information and resources exclusive to students and alumni.  Utilize the online directory to reconnect with friends, make new contacts, or build your professional network. You can also read class notes, update your profile, and check out job postings! A one-time registration with your Alumni ID# is required. Login or contact the Alumni Association for your Alumni ID#.

You can also use your Facebook login to access MaroonCentral. Just add the UMass Amherst Alumni Association Connections Application to your Facebook profile.

  • Go Green – Read Email. Help us go green by receiving event invitations, volunteer opportunities, and school and college news via email. Make sure we have your preferred email address for delivery!
  • Set Your Email Preferences. Only receive the emails that interest you: career development, social events, athletics… Login to MaroonCentral to set your email preferences.
  • Permanent Email Forwarding. Create a UMass Amherst-affiliated email address that will forward mail to your private email account. For example, jsmith@alumni.umass.edu forwards mail to jsmith@gmail.com.
  • @UMASS. Read our monthly eNewsletter, @UMASS for news, events, profiles, and more.
  • UMass Amherst Magazine. Read about research initiatives on campus, alumni profiles, student traditions and ongoing initiatives in the university community.
  • Advertising & Sponsorship Opportunities. When you advertise with us, you’re promoting your business to over 220,000 alumni worldwide and 20,000 students, while providing needed revenue to support student and alumni programs. In addition, the Alumni Association hosts almost 300 programs every year that you can sponsor at varying levels, for additional presence and exposure. Learn more.
  • Show Your UMass Pride! Download your favorite campus scene as a screen saver, shop the Alumni Store, and more. GO UMASS!
  • Facebook. Become a fan of our Facebook page for updates, news, and promotions.
  • LinkedIn. Harness the networking power of LinkedIn as a member of the official UMass Amherst alumni LinkedIn group. Our goal is to enhance professional development, networking and communication among alumni and students of our great institution. The Alumni Association will verify the affiliation of those who request to join this group to ensure the integrity of this UMass Amherst community.
